Features include board creation, invite management, response collection with identity firewall, and AI-powered response analysis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 4. Acceptable Use Policy
You may use GhostRate only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the platform to:
- Collect feedback for harassment or intimidation purposes
- Impersonate another person, company, or entity
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with our anonymity protections
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
5. Anonymous Feedback Rules
You may not use GhostRate boards to collect feedback designed to identify, intimidate, or retaliate against specific individuals. You may not attempt to de-anonymize respondents through any technical or non-technical means. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be violating this principle without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
GhostRate and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GhostRate, Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of GhostRate, Inc.
Your feedback data, board configurations, and content you create on the platform remain your property. You grant GhostRate a limited license to process and store this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
7. Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GhostRate, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to GhostRate in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by visiting the account settings in the dashboard. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees, except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the service.
